Directions
- Soak Neck Wrap in cool water for 5 minutes
- Spread contents inside of wrap evenly
- Soak an additional 15 minutes in cool water. DO NOT OVERSOAK
- Put around neck.
- Dip into water to refresh.
- To clean: hand wash with mild soap, rinse and air dry.
